Normally, I don't forward announcements of related drafts to the WG list, but this one is special ;-).

As indicated in Section 1.2 of this draft (https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-jennings-rtcweb-deps-19#section-1.2), all of the TSVWG drafts on which WebRTC depends are now at the RFC Editor, so TSVWG is no longer a possible cause of delay to WebRTC.

Many thanks to the authors of the sctp-ndata draft (Randy, Michael, Salvatore, Robin) and everyone else who helped us get to this point.
