Hello TSVWG, After a bit of delay, I refreshed this document about ECN over tunnels that aggregate multiple IP packets into another IP packet. There are no substantive changes since my presentation at IETF 115 [1]. It's not long. With no hats on, I'd welcome additional feedback on the draft. If people feel it's useful, we could move for adoption. There is a bunch of other ECN tunnel work floating around. I would also be happy to merge it into that, or influence the other work in some way. However, that document implicitly assumes that no more than one inner packet is present in an outer packet.
