Note, contrary to the call below, the draft is not at -01. It has been 
at rev -02 since 22 Feb 21:

(Use the datatracker, not tools.ietf.org at the moment - seems to have 
been bugged for last few weeks. See PS. below)

PS. I have raised a ticket about the tools facility, which seems to be 
intermittently and partially switching the drafts database to some date 
a few weeks ago .
It's possible Gorry got caught out by that bug.
Others have reported it on tools-discuss@ietf.org over the past few weeks.
