Gorry,
As part of this process, will the charter be updated to include working 
on low-latency service using ECT(1) as an input, or the L4S experiment 
specifically?

Also, regarding guidance to operators who do not participate in 
experiments, will the WG work on a recommendation for default router 
handling of ECT(1), outside of the L4S drafts?
