This email completes an adoption call for
draft-tuexen-tsvwg-sctp-zero-checksum to request adoption as a work item
in TSVWG.

The chairs noted that in the IETF-116 meeting there were 14 hands in
favor of adopting this draft as WG item, and none against.

In the following working group adoption call on the mailing list we saw:

Victor Boivie Not aware of any IPRs related to
draft-tuexen-tsvwg-sctp-zero-checksum
Michael Tuexen Not aware of any IPRs related to
draft-tuexen-tsvwg-sctp-zero-checksum
Randell Jesup Not aware of any IPRs related to
draft-tuexen-tsvwg-sctp-zero-checksum

Nils Ohlmeier Supports adoption of draft for WebRTC endpoints
Claudio Porfiri Supports adoption and will review
Mike Heard  Supports adoption and will review
Michael Welzl  Commented in the adoption call
Magnus Westerlund Asked questions relating to the scope of SCTP/UDP
for zero checksum when RFC 6951 encapsulation occurs and the SCTP stack
uses SCTP-AUTH or CRYPTO chunk.

Thank you to all who responded in both of these calls.

The Chairs conclude that the adoption was successful and that we shall
make the next revision of this ID a work item for TSVWG, targeting
publication on the Standards Track as a PS.

Best wishes,

Gorry and Marten

(TSVWG Co-Chairs)
