Section 3.1 contains:

> A GNAP AS offering RS-facing services can publish its features on a well-known discovery document using the URL .well-known/gnap-as-rs appended to the grant request endpoint URL.

This is not how well-known URLs work; they are the path component of a URL, not merely appended to an arbitrary URL. More correct would be:

> A GNAP AS offering RS-facing services can publish its features on a well-known discovery document at the URL with the same schema and authority as the grant request endpoint URL, at the path '/.well-known/gnap-as-rs'. 

Once this is corrected, registration approved.
