Michael,

I have included a Proceedings Request Form at the end of this message.
All you need to do to receive the Proceedings is fill out the Form and
mail it to us at the given address with your check.  You may want to
wait a little while before sending it to us, because the Proceedings
of the 26th IETF will not be available for distribution until at least
June.

SNMPV2 is not on the agenda yet, but I would suggest contacting the
chair, Bob Stewart <rlstewart@eng.xyplex.com>, to find out what he
has planned for his group.
