OK, in that case I can also violently agree: TCP-ish behavior is assumed 
(whatever that may mean to people) and is used as a basis for many of 
our recommendations....

I'd of course buy you a drink in Toronto... to continue on how to change 
perceptions and understanding of what needs to be done:-)
