Hi,

There is now a new version of the dchub URI scheme proposal at <
http://nmdc.sourceforge.net/Versions/nmdc-uri-scheme-0.4.txt<http://nmdc.sourceforge.net/Versions/nmdc-uri-scheme-0.3.txt>>.
The following changes have been made:

* The "Applications/protocols" section revamped to be more generic, so it
doesn't have to specify each implementation.
* Changed from Permanent to Provisional; this is to make sure that the
scheme will be accepted as a first step (possibly later filing a permanent
one, if people find that the scheme provides ample information to deem it
worthy of permanent status).

For other (minor changes), please see the SVN.

If people are satisfied with the current scheme specification, I will
proceed to submit it to the appropriate IETF list.
