Dear Wangshu,

I've been following your discussion of this proposal. Thank you for responding
constructively to the various comments and issues that Ted Hardie has raised.

The next step for registration of a provisional scheme is very easy (you've done
the hard part!). Simply send a request for provisional registration with copy
of your registration template to iana@iana.org [1]. The process for provisional
registrations is very straightforward, and should complete quite quickly.
