Yesterday I started looking into the possibility of a JavaBean 
that included a character set selector menu and a text field for 
input of a URL in any of the supported charcater sets with a UTF8
output property. If you're familiar with the JDK native2ascii
utility command, then you'll know what I mean when
I say native2ascii-utf8-url awt component.
