internet drafts:
   callighan-url-nfs
   ietf-asid-whois-url
   masinter-url-data
   mavrakis-vemmi-url-spec
   mirashi-url-irc
   newman-url-imap
   zigmond-media-url

  (several more expected. Internet drafts are
   draft-NAME-NN.txt in the internet drafts directory.)

   RFC 1959
   RFC 2056

The agenda is:

15 minutes: Overview of current work to replace RFC 1738 & 1808
15 minutes:
   Discuss if there a need or desire to (re)constitute a working group to
   - move URL from 'Proposed' to 'Draft' standard status
   - create a BCP for URL registration mechanisms
