We have focused to get everything else right and simply overlooked the proper definition of the registrant that seemed the easiest thing to do :) We need to discuss this internally again and then we will post an improved version. When it comes to the NSS, we are aware of the limitations that you have mentioned. Since you bring them up, I will double check with my project partners to be on a safe side.
