Please note that I have updated the suggested PWID URN for Persistent Web Identifiers with the following changes:

Prototypes for resolving a PWID and getting PWIDs for a web page has been added and explained. Furthermore, it has been made more clear where the PWID URN makes a difference and "closed archives" have to "archives with restricted access".

It is available as version 3 from https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-pwid-urn-specification/, and it is attached to this email as a pdf.
