In reality, we have quite a number of URN namespace assignments which
have effectively been delegations to standards organizations for further
assignment. That is, the "syntax description" of URNs within the
namespace is approximately "the rest of the URN is something that
complies with the overall URN syntax". In practice, the URN committee
eyeballs the requesting organization to see if we think they're
competent to manage the situation. So my assessment is that the concept
of draft-stockhammer-msf-urn is acceptable to URN namespace assignment
practice.

Regarding the specifics of draft-stockhammer-msf-urn-00, I haven't read
it carefully, but I notice that "metaverse-standards-org" is godawful
long and I recommend you shorten it to "metaverse" or "mso".
