Thank you so much - this means a lot!
And I will certainly start the work of development of the PWID infrastructure, and work on it getting into a community space.
And yes, it has taken some time, but I am sure we all had our challenges, while the Pandemic was at its worst, so I understand.
Best and happy regards, Eld

I wish to second Peter's apology for our delay in finishing the PWID registration.

Peter Saint-Andre <stpeter@stpeter.im> writes:

However, I would like to reiterate my previous judgment and encourage development of the PWID infrastructure:

I particularly support the PWID proposal for the reasons I described in
    "PWID as citation"
    https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/msg/urn/s-CM7hcWtUeAz7ZVBF94rCHMtsQ/
-- namely that what a PWID references is transparent enough that one
could algorithmically transform a PWID pointing to one archive into a
query into another archive. This is a genuinely new capability for URNs
(as far as I know) and only by deploying it in practice can we see what
    benefits might be obtained.
