arriving late to this party (vacation time here...).

I have no objections to this registration. That said, I _think_ there is a copy-and-paste error in the latest version. This text:

considering that the sentences "ITU will manage the assignment [...]" and "The ITU process [...]" are repeated a few paragraphs further down in the document.
