Chris,

Thank you for clarifying.

My goal in sharing the list was to illustrate how large the set of business
identifier authorities is, and consequently, how impractical it would be to
attempt to pursue a strategy of trying to persuade every business
identifier authority to register a URN.

My argument is that every business authority identifier registering its own
URN is not a valid answer to the problem we're trying to address with GLUE.
