Subject: reminder

This is just a reminder that the glossary will be submitted as an I-D
on 10/2.  That's just one week away.  This is the version which will
be reviewed during the WG meeting at the next IETF.

We still need entries for: ISO, mail relay, White Pages, and Yellow Pages.

Also, do we want the reference section to include every RFC mentioned
in the glossary, or just the ones we quote from.  Bear in mind, that's
a lot of references.
