The only open item left is around “multiple identifiers”  The main (only?) people participating in the discussion have been Martin Thomson and Ryan Sleevi.  Ryan contributed some text, it got some feedback from Martin.

The email thread started at [1] by Ryan. He proposed some text in an unrelated PR [2] that then get put into its own pull request [3]. It had some comments, and Martin thinks the Alpaca discussion could be improved [4].

Does anyone object to [3] being merged, and a new issue created to address the Alpaca concerns?  Peter and I would like to do so by early next week.
