Yes, the key point of this work is the signalling and media flow over the same transport and are fate shared. This is a key part of what makes it work with modern load balancers. So I think we do have to deal with how the media and signalling go over HTTP is this proposed WG. Now that does not mean we can’t tunnel RTP/RTCP over HTTP but that can be pretty complicated to define.
