Yes, I think that is worth considering. It will still likely take some
energy from people involved in the translation work. But, as you write
it might have benefits also.

When it comes to the BEHAVE charter I think there will be additional
items added further down the road. However, I am trying at this stage
charter what we know and are certain that we like to work on. Then we
can do another recharter in a couple of months if necessary. I don't
think we have fully baked where the NAT66 work belongs and will
definitely leave it out now. I am trying to meet the goal of having the
translation work chartered before the meeting.
