I agree with Remi.
Besides that I'm not realy sure if I buy the reasons why a NAT66 should be standardized. Only why some vendors will ship it? Only why some users are used to have NATs in their CPEs? Are there also stronger (more technical) reasons / problems a NAT66 would solve?
