True.  This was more about what I read in the statement above "if the
origin site is IPv4-only, the CDN cannot be dual-stacked" (which is not
correct).

Dunno.  For popular content, caching makes sense.  For "live" streaming,
having a close-to-the user multiplexer makes lots of sense.

For "nobody ever watches this show", caching might not be very useful,
so bypassing the CDN might make sense if you know that beforehand...

Classical "is it beneficial to cache this?" CS problem :-)
