Indeed different problems have different solutions.
But my point is only about IPv6 Rapid Deployment, without being blocked by lack of knowledge or lack of will.

Where the firmware is hard to change (an only there) IPv6 can very easily be offered. 
The advice is then "just do it, it's so easy".
Nothing more.
