However, they have DHCP/DHCPv6 as options to SLAAC, so they can allocate addresses (and prefixes) using DHCP - and many enterprises do. Do they have additional questions regarding address assignment? What are the Link Local Address issues? Is it just that they don't get to micromanage them? If they have a substantive issue to point out, there might be value in a discussion paper on the topic.
