Hi Gábor,

I think your suggestion at the end is a good one. This topic is important, and such measurements will be useful, and an overview/summary as an RFC seems valuable too. Maybe your I-D needs to continue as a living repository for a while, until you have advanced in your project.

Regards
    Brian

I mean that what I want to do is to measure the scalability of the various implementations of the different technologies, but, I feel that I should leave the decision for the operators, which technology and which implementation they want to use. Scalability is only one aspect of these technologies. There are a lot of other aspects discussed in "Pros and Cons of IPv6 Transition Technologies for IPv4aaS" available from: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-v6ops-transition-comparison

Perhaps, I should publish open access journal papers about the details the benchmarking of each technology, and include their findings into this draft. Thus the operators can find a good overview and they can check all the details in the papers.
