(I thought I sent this earlier but I don’t see it in the archives.
If it did go out, please forgive the repeat.)

Below is an announcement for yet-another--00 that I’d like to get some
feed back on.   From reading the charter to see if it would be appropriate
to mention the draft, I believe it is appropriate.  (Mindful that I’ve
been wrong before.)

Whether or not it is a candidate for WG adoption is another matter.  For
now, I’d appreciate thoughts on whether this is a ‘good idea’ to develop
or not.
