Hi Jen,

We are already doing an RFC7084-bit, so we can consider this as well. https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-winters-v6ops-rfc7084bis/ version 1 coming very soon.

UE can be not just mobile phones, but also broadband CEs. In fact, there are cellular providers using 464XLAT for broadband services, as well as wired (and hybrid providers - wireline such as GPON, backup with LTE, etc.).

May be you want to refer to RFC8585.

By the way, it will be much better to use transition instead of migration, as many folks still understand that as “you completely disable IPv4”, which is not the case, because we keep IPv4aaS.
