tbh, there's no clear divide for fixed-line provisioning.  There's a 
giant arc of configuration styles, ranging from granny's internet feed 
to corporates with hundreds of thousands of desktops, and everything in 
between. But yes, it's heavily weighted in terms of numbers, traffic and 
just about everything else towards residential / soho, and usually 
there's no difference between residential and soho.  It's the modem in 
the corner with a couple of people connecting to wifi.
