I can't answer that question globally for today, but a few years ago when
I retired from teaching networking at a university, the answer was "no".
The textbooks mainly introduced IPv6 as an afterthought and some of them
had serious misunderstandings or were based on obsolete RFCs. But more
important, students are motivated by the job market and therefore want to
learn about what is *currently* used in the market.

So there is a chicken and egg problem here. However, a few textbooks that
lead with IPv6 and treat IPv4 as an afterthought would be a good start.
(I haven't reviewed the available books recently.)
