There is an RFC that clearly states how addresses SHOULD be written,
and with a bit of experience, it is also clear that 0000 ... 01FF is
"FP 000", while 2000: to 3fff: is "FP 001" (which is currently the only
one governed by the RIR system).

Generally speaking, NAT64 is a packet translation rule.  So it has no
"interface" at all.  Even if it has one, because that's easier for
implementations to configure and present, it won't have an IID, because
the translator does not need an address in the /96.
