Yes, routed network should have routing protocol - no way around. Standard protocols (ISIS, OSPF) look not very suitable for residential environment, hence homenet.
And yes, PA prefixes injected from different nodes into residential network would push to source routing, because Carrier would filter out source addresses of other Carrier. I hope it would be not SRv6 at least in this case.

But I have intention to show that SADR and homenet is not related to ND robustness.
It looks like it is possible to disconnect these problems and solve it separately.
One just need to think that router (or 2 routers) that is visible to hosts
do have all needed information (by other means)
then we could concentrate what they should do properly in ND.
