Somebody told me once "stats can be read depending on how you want to ..."

Yes, we are mixing different metrics. The problem is that measuring % of traffic vs % of subscribers that actually can use IPv6 can't be done, unless the ISPs provide the data, or we look into source prefixes for the traffic ... which will be a huge project.

So I think it will be better to explain all this in the document instead of talking about "absolute %" and the reader will be able to have a better view with that perspective, instead of something that can be misleading.

    - Percentage of the users: Yes, your statement is trivially true. :-)
    - Percentage of the traffic: The 20% of users with old phones is likely 
    to generate significantly less than 20% of the traffic. May be less then 
    10%.
