Well, we know of four: Ole and Lorenzo's SADR, Juliusz Chroboczek's Babel, Shu Yang's MTR OSPF-based implementation, and his implementation of my OSPF/IS-IS concepts. They are all prototypes as far as I know, but yes, they exist.
