Behold the horror: System Preferences => Network => Ethernet => Advanced... => Hardware.

Consider for a moment how much hatred and loathing you must know that I feel for this entire sheet in the Network system preferences pane.  I so very much wish that nobody anywhere used Jumbo or "custom" MTU sizes.  It would make my day job so much simpler than it is today.  Alas, I assure you: people use this. In fact, there are probably more people using this than people using 6to4.
