Folks:

I am waiting for some examples from Mark Smith on how he suggests the draft be modified to reflect the difference between "addresses" and "prefixes"  (see our email exchange over the last few days).  However, in the meantime I have decided to post an update to the draft to show all the other changes that have been made in response to his comments, as it can be hard to see what the full set of changes are from my comments.
