Your stale rant is completely missing the point, unfortunately.

Your multi-million-dollar enterprise can do DHCPv6-based IPv6 address 
assignment perfectly well today.  Client and server implementations
exist, and RFCs back that.

The thing that can not be done today is "do that if you do not have RAs
on your network, that will tell the clients 'go to the DHCPv6 server 
for address information, but route the packets to me'".
