The fundamental problem that I think you see with IPv6 - lack of
adoption - is going to apply both equality and now more to your
proposal. IPv6 is being adopted, Google are now seeing 30% of their
traffic come over IPv6, and there are now more than 90 000 IPv6 routes
in the IPv6 Internet route table.
