Hi Fred, Folks, 

I support the adoption of this work. 

I found the "Call for action" section is very valuable, which lists the aspects that could be further investigated. The WG could work more on these approaches and actions. 

References could be also added in the sections regarding the IPv6 extension headers to refer to the currently ongoing related works.
