yes, it is strange that we have not heard anything from IESG. However, I
feel a little bit shy to ask the IESG to act more timely in this, if we
don't get the show on the road ourselves. 

I hope we can get your first version soon that we can start discussing
it. Remember, it does not have to be perfect.
