Hi Francis,

Unfortunately not every day have time to investigate why I can't use L2TP
VPNs, but it happens, that's the important issue. Probably they filter
something ... I've even found situations where they were filtering L2TP, but
proto-41 not (probably they do on purpose the L2TP filtering, for some
reason that I can't see, but they aren't aware that some people could make
use of proto-41, or they just don't care).
