   o  Fixed example of LANGUAGE cardinality.

   o  Created VERSION parameter for XML.

   o  BIRTH and DEATH can now have URI values.

   o  Created the FMTTYPE parameter.

   o  KEY can now take a text value.

   o  Added references to RFC 5545 (iCalendar).

   o  Added namespace column in parameters registry.
