I support this property to be included in the vCard given the valid use cases.

This property will have to support multiple language and scripts as there are quite a few languages with gender pronouns.

I suppose the value accepted by PRONOUN would be free text since it would be hard to come up with a controlled vocabulary for it, not to mention there is no standard in doing so.

Not sure whether this is applicable to organizations, unless in some languages organizations have different genders...
