ORG-SORT-STRING looks nice as for this discussion, which should solve what
I'm concerning now.

According to the image bellow:

Active Directory has at least 5 custom values for phonetic name (almost same
as sort string in vCard 4.0).
- for first name
- for given name
- for display name
- for company name
- for department name

SORT-STRING includes the first two, and ORG-SORT-STRING includes the last
two.
I'm not sure how extent phonetic name for display name is important
nowadays.
