I think we should just allow any case for "VCARD". Otherwise, if we are 
concerned with case-sensitivity of this "property", then we would need to 
look at all the other similar ones - ones with an "enumerated" value like 
KIND. Would we have to define those case-sensitively in the ABNF too?
