Re: [VCARDDAV] Last call comment: appendix issues

The last two items in A.1 references particular values of the TYPE parameter 
of RELATED. They should not be listed as "new structure" because RELATED is 
not a vCard 3.0 property:
o Changed "manager" to "supervisor".
o Added "family", "supervisee", and "colleague" RELATED types.

The mention in A.4 "other changes" is enough:
o The AGENT property was replaced with a type of RELATED.
