I finished my review of the document. While I have a list of things 
which are mostly nits (which I will send separately), none of them 
should block the IETF LC.

I do have one serious concern though. While the document is referencing 
both vCard 4.0 and vCard 3.0, it is making support for vCard 3.0 the 
default. Considering that vCard 4.0 is nearly done, I don't think 
encouraging further deployments of vCard 3.0 would be a good idea.
So I would like to hear opinions from the WG on this.
