Generally, decisions are not made at meetings, but on mailing
lists.  It's sometimes helpful to get the sense of the room at
a meeting to get a better handle on how people are feeling about
a given topic, but that's not quite the same as a decision.

It looks like we're making reasonable progress towards having
a working group chartered, but there's still some work to do
to clarify several documents and to tighten up the proposed
charter.  In that sense it was an extremely productive meeting,
in terms of identifying areas where there's confusion about
what's being proposed, how it's scoped, and so on.  We're
working towards getting a revised problem statement out in
the next week or so, and on a proposed charter revision as
well.  We'll keep the mailing list in the loop as things
proceed.
