Note, thinking-out-of-the-box discussion about hetero-generous region 
hubs. Besides the <embed> tag, there still is need for presence in the 
secondary region where the are assets are actually left in the original 
region.

Please stay tune while we/they... unplug off-list and plug-in Monday's 
asset.

SDLC... I vote to add (indeterminate named) multi-cast ability to such 
plug-in regions in the charter. The constraint is more obvious 
connections and update-frames of such regional topology. I think 
'regional media extensions' is more in scope than abstract client-side 
media extension. Should we assume such media extensions are out of scope?
